I have some ideas on reformat the layout a bit, hopefully making it even easier to read and follow. Let’s see, it can’t be worse than what we have now.

Elon Musk's AI venture, xAI, is on a mission to secure up to $1 billion in equity investments, as per a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Since its founding in April, xAI has already raised $134.7 million, marking Musk's foray into the AI craze. The company's goal, as stated on its website, is to "understand the true nature of the universe," with the recent launch of its Grok AI chatbot aimed at advancing this objective.

Grok relies on real-time information from X (formerly Twitter) for its responses but is currently in early access, exclusively for X's Premium Plus subscribers. Despite its integration with X, xAI operates independently from X Corp., the parent company of X. The SEC filing outlines that xAI will entertain a minimum investment of $2 million from external investors and hints at a seemingly done deal for the rest of the billion, as highlighted by Axios.

I mean couldn’t Elon just fund this himself? It’s nice of him letting some other investment come to play here ;)
